Original Dream Archive
For our 2014 edition of Fortnight Summer Camp, students built something more whimsical and esoteric than previous years – a Dream Archive. This structure, conceived by designers and builders from Smoke Farm, was planned as a place for reflection along the waters of the Stillaguamish River, the north fork of which runs through the farm.
The design recalls a Tibetan stupa, with the eyes of a deity looking out from the doorway. People are invited to drink some tea and relax in the stupa, or climb the ladder to the high tower and take in the scenery.
