Location: Coyote Central
Theme: Re-Skilling Seattle
Lead: Adam Nishimura, Matt Rhodes, Jeff Busby
We teamed with designers at Schemata Workshop to create a display for artworks related to hanji, a Korean style of handmade paper. Counselors, builders, architects, and students worked side by side at a one day work party at Coyote Central in Seattle’s Central District.
The exhibit was installed at the opening of a new gallery at an architecture firm downtown. Students created almost all of the infrastructure for the exhibit – it came out looking great, and everyone had a fun time building for such a unique use.
