Andrew Marsters, President

    • M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington. A former project engineer with Sabey Corporation and B.N.Builders, Andrew now works on the development end for Hadley Properties; he has been part of Sawhorse Revolution as a  co-founder, builder, and volunteer since day one.

 

Helen Ngo, Vice President

    • Sawhorse alumnus and data scientist extraordinaire, Helen brings her experience in nonprofit fundraising and data evaluation to the Board of Directors, after attending Sawhorse Summer Camp in 2013 and volunteering for years afterwards. Helen is in Data Analysis for Alaska Airlines

 

Crystal Day, Secretary

    • Architect at Miller Hull, Vice President of the National Organization on Minority Architects NW Chapter, and Member of the AIA Seattle Diversity Roundtable, Crystal brings social justice, design, and marketing expertise to the Board.

 

Amanda Auger, Treasurer

    • Growing up building, Amanda brings a passion for craft with a deep knowledge of nonprofit operational and financial management to the Board.

 

Walt Busch

    • Principal engineer at long-term Sawhorse supporter Coughlin Porter Lundeen, Walt brings a key eye for business, community, and a commitment to youth learning trades to Sawhorse.

 

Lauren Conner

    • Lauren is a Public Defender with King County, and brings extensive experience in community organizing for racial equity and justice to the team.

 

Plamena Milusheva

    • Holding degrees in Architecture and Design, and with experience in innovating research and teaching with innovative materials, Plamena is also a long-term design mentor with Sawhorse.

Jescelle Major

    • Holding degrees in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida and Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, Jescelle is now Change Management Specialist at Gensler.
