Mutual Aid Stations @ Pratt
In the spring of 2026, students congregated at Pratt Fine Arts Center to build mutual aid stations while learning how to identify (and address) the needs of their communities. Students constructed stations of their own design–anything from a free pantry or little free library, to a mini gallery where neighbors can share art supplies and the creations that they make! Essential building experience was developed as we also experience and observe how neighbors can share skills and resources to grow abundantly, and how guerilla woodworking and constructive mischief can strengthen community bonds.
A huge thank you is owed to the Pratt Fine Arts Center for providing a local work and think space, as well as our fantastic mentors: Charlie Burch, Erico Lopez, and Cassie Zsenits!!
Currently, you can find some of these stations at Pratt Fine Arts Center as well as along the Chief Sealth Trail near our Juneau Street Resilience Pod program (in-progress now!).
